WHAT IS THE CUSTOORDERING PROCESS?
The custom ordering process has changed for 2022. The typical workflow would be to physically measure the boat in person, or have you do the templating and send it back to us. We also have access to an extensive database of boat floorplans that can be purchased for an additional fee if those are not available. To begin the new design process, a $250 deposit is paid to secure your order. Once the design and the final cost are approved the deposit becomes NON REFUNDABLE. We will then produce the sheets and expect final payment on delivery. We will even offer to send you a mock-up panel for verification in the boat to make sure the fit/finish is to your liking.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Since every single design is custom, we do not accept returns on products that have approved designs.
On store products, we warranty the product against defects in lamination and other issues that may occur for 1 year. We will do anything for our customers and want to make sure you have a great experience with us. As long as the product is still in the original packaging, we will return the item minus return shipping.
